The grievance Redressal cell was established in November 2000 and it has grown in strength with the guidance of the principal. The main aim is to address the grievance of the students. We have dealt with several cases of them. Given below is an epitome of our activities.

A special mention must be made of one student Ms.Ananthavalli of II B.Sc Mathematics. She was having inferiority complex and she was hysterical. We gave her counseling along with social work department and this turned out to be a successful venture.

Some students were not able to pay the semester fees and they wanted to discontinue their studies. The grievance cell along with principal met the parents and gave them permission to pay the fees at a later date. In some cases, the management itself paid the fees for the students.

Some students have boy friends and are not regular to the classes. They accompany the boys to the movies and to recreational places. In such cases, we meet the parents and give them caution and counseling.

For the handicapped students we make arrangements for the conduct of the classes on the ground floor.

If the students have any health problem and are not able to attend the classes regularly, our principal gives them special permission.

Some students due to family circumstances do not concentrate on studies. In that case, we meet the parents and give them counseling. In all our endeavours our principal is the guiding spirit and we are able to run the cell to success.
